Now, this is where it gets interesting. Although the winner of the lawsuit (called the Judgment Creditor) now has a judgment (piece of paper) stating the loser of the lawsuit (now called the Judgment Debtor) has to pay him whatever amount of money the judgment says, it doesn't really mean too much to the Creditor (the winner) -- this is really pretty much the end of the victory -- as the court does not collect the money for the winner of the lawsuit.

Imagine that! After spending time, money and frustration to go through the entire court process, and winning your case, all you get is a piece of paper, that basically gives you the right to collect whatever amount of money the judgment states. It is now up to you to collect whatever money the judgment states!

NOTE: THIS IS ALSO IMPORTANT FOLKS

That is why more than 80% of these judgments are never satisfied (that's means the winners of the judgments have never collected a dime of what they are entitled to), which creates a tremendous opportunity for those of us with the right knowledge!!
